At Hermanos Coffee Company, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Despite our best efforts, there might be instances where you need to return a product. Below are the details of our cancellation and return policy.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for non-ready-to-ship products.
- Cancel through the website or email us at business.hermanoscoffee@gmail.com
- Ready-to-ship orders are not eligible for cancellations once the order fulfillment process begins.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours are eligible for store credit only, which must be used within 90 days.

Returns After Order Delivery

  • Report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Sale items (20% - 50% off) are not eligible for returns except in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong items shipped.
  • Products must be dispatched to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment after receiving a "Return Accepted" email.
  • Returns for made-to-order or customized products, slight color variations, or dislike by customers are not accepted.
  • No returns or exchange are offered for any type for consumable item sold on hermanoscoffee.in.

Refunds For Customized Or Altered Items

  • Measurements will be taken via a video call from our expert master.
  • Customized or altered items are  not eligible for exchange or return .

Steps For Returning Items

  1. Inform Hermanos Coffee Company within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization email from us before shipping items back.
  3. Ship items back using a reputed courier service, retaining all packaging and tags.
  4. Our team will inspect the returned items and propose solutions such as replacement, credit Note, or a refund.


Returns Will Not Be Accepted Under The Following Conditions

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing,  freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
    Product is used or altered.

Refunds

  • Refunds for errors on our part include product cost and shipping charges.
  • If you cancel the order for any reason apart from our mistake, a credit Note will be issued, deducting shipping and stitching charges.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days and will be credited as per your bank/credit card guidelines.
  • Refunds for consumable items like Coffees, Coffee Pods, Teas, Chocolates and Various others will not be processed as per company policy.
